Cbaij Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Bettors

1 General Terms & Conditions

Cbaij.bet (referred to herein as "cbaij" or the "Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with cbaij and constitute a legally binding agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read these terms carefully before using any cbaij service.

• These terms apply to the cbaij website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• Cbaij is open to users aged 18 and above only.
• Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of these terms and apply equally.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register with cbaij, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. Failure to comply may result in the account being denied or closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Cbaij may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification at any time.
• Your account is for personal use only — betting on behalf of or with funds from a third party is prohibited.
• Keeping your account login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility.

Withdrawals may be restricted or placed on hold until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed. KYC is mandatory under cbaij's Terms & Conditions.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Cbaij currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Cbaij does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Deposits are non-refundable unless a technical error in the transaction is proven. Losses from betting are not eligible for a refund.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Cbaij offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

• Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements; withdrawals will not be permitted until these requirements are met.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once; attempting to claim a bonus multiple times from the same person, household, or device is prohibited.
• Cbaij reserves the right to void bonuses if unusual betting patterns are detected in connection with bonus use.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date; any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Cbaij reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on cbaij. They apply to all sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and badminton.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless cbaij officially declares the event void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an obvious error is found in the odds, cbaij reserves the right to void the bet.
• In any dispute arising from delayed data in live betting, cbaij's decision is final.
• The cash-out feature is available on select events; cash-out value depends on current market conditions.
• Single, Accumulator, and System bets — cbaij's odds calculation method applies in all cases.

For any betting-related dispute, cbaij's customer service team should be contacted first. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated, and cbaij's final decision will be binding.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaij platform. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended or permanently closed.

• Betting using match fixing or inside information.
• Manipulating the system using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through cbaij.
• Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
• Attempting to hack or otherwise compromise the platform's security systems.
• Abusive behaviour towards other users or cbaij staff.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Cbaij reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any section of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) or providing false information.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

To close your account, email support@cbaij.bet. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided no terms have been violated.

8 Responsible Gaming

Cbaij believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why responsible gaming is at the heart of everything we do.

• You can set your daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• You can voluntarily suspend your account for a set period using the self-exclusion feature.
• Opening an account or placing bets is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

• Cbaij is not liable for any financial losses incurred through betting.

11 Changes to Terms

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
